Questions parents ask
Will I be charged again next year?
No. Prime is a single payment for 12 months. We do not store a payment mandate, so we are not able to charge you again — even if we wanted to. Near the end of your year we will send one reminder email. If you ignore it, nothing happens and nothing is taken.
Is it per child?
No, it is per family. Add a profile for each of your children on the same account, and each gets their own progress.
What if my child doesn't like it?
Email us within 7 days and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.
Does my child need to sign in?
Never. Children do not have accounts on iJeeto — only a parent does. Your child just plays.
Will the price go up?
Probably, as the library grows. If you renew later, you pay whatever the price is on that day. We will always tell you the price before you pay, and it will never change at checkout.
